ISO/IEC 144496-12 - 12.1.6

It is functionally equivalent to, and shall be as described in, the Content light level information SEI message in ITU-T H.265 | ISO/IEC 23008-2, with the addition that the provisions of CTA-861-G, in which zero in some cases codes an unknown value, may be used.
